Return  & Exchanges 

At HandyExpression, every order is prepared with care and appreciation for your support of our small business. Because we are a small, independently run shop, the cost of returns and exchanges can be significantly higher for us than for large retailers. For this reason, we kindly ask customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us, and if there is ever an issue with your order, we are always here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size or color selection made at checkout

    • Normal wear and tear after use

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We always recommend you to take photos of the damaged part and share with us at info@handyexpression.com. We will try our best to help you.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for damage or issues related to your order and let you know if we can partly / fully refund your order. The partial or full amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
